A few portals are mid-migration (New Mexico is replacing eProNM in summer 2026; Idaho runs IPRO/Luma via sco.idaho.gov; Utah moved to Bonfire) and several states' diverse-business certification programs are in flux due to 2025 legal challenges (e.g., Texas HUB) — always confirm on the state's own site.
